Volunteers are the life-blood of LMLL.  LMLL is run entirely by volunteers in their spare time, but more importantly all of our Spring Rec teams and many of our Travel teams are coached and run by parent and other adult volunteers giving generously of their time, attention, knowledge and experience.

Although our umpires and scorekeepers receive payment for the games they work, they are primarily driven by their dedication to the development of our players and their love for the game - spending time in training and learning the rules, and showing up and sticking it out whether it's a boiling hot day or cold, windy and raining.  We thank them for all they do to ensure fair and fun play!
