BB/SB COMPETITIVE DIVISIONS

YOUTH COMPETITIVE (DRAFT) DIVISIONS (2nd-7th):

In all Youth (Draft) competitive divisions, games and practices are held on weekday late afternoons and at varying times on weekends, players pitch, balls and strikes are called, scores and standings are recorded, and all teams make the playoffs.  Teams within each Division play one another in a “house” league throughout the season.  To register for the BB/SB Green, Blue, Majors and MajorsPlus competitive divisions below, the player should register for "BB Draft" or "SB Draft", must participate in mandatory tryouts (conducted for purposes of division placement and team competitive balance - see our Tryouts page), and will be drafted into the appropriate division by a coaches draft.  Players may not select a specific competitive division (other than coaches' children) nor request placement with other players.  ALL players who timely register will play on a team.

NOTE: Because of a recent and expected continued increase in girls registering for Softball, we are planning to add the Softball Green division back after not having enough girls for the last few years.  However, it will depend on having enough players register in each of the various grades/levels.  If we determine that we do not have sufficient girls to offer SB Green this year, we will shift registered players to other appropriate divisions, after notifying everyone.  If so, you will have the chance to cancel your registration and receive a full refund prior to teams being selected.
