The 9U Fall travel baseball team pulled off an incredible playoff run after a challenging season. On their way to the championship, the 7th-seeded Tigers' bats came alive as they pounded their way through #2 seed Beekman with 14 runs and #3 seed North Rockland with 16 runs, leading them to the championship game vs. #1 Bedford/Pound Ridge.

The Tigers were down early in the championship game 6-3 but slowly clawed back, eventually taking the lead 7-6 in the top of the 6th inning on some clutch base running and two-strike hitting. The ability to get back in the game was made possible by 5 innings of spectacular relief pitching by one of the Tigers, holding Bedford to 1 run with 8 strikeouts and no walks. 

The Tigers won the Greater Hudson Valley Baseball League 9B Silver championship having beat the #1, 2 and 3 seeds to bring home the banner! A truly remarkable finish to a an unforgettable season.
