TeamWeb Tip: Coach Access Problems

Are you a coach having problems accessing the coach features in your Team Website? This is almost always because you did not specify a personal LOGIN EMAIL when you created your Adult account. 

To fix, log into your family account, go to Account Settings, edit your own profile, and make sure your primary email shows in the Login Email field, NOT under Alternate Emails (you can specify additional emails if they want, but must have one under Login Email).  Once you save the changes, you should get an email from SIP with a temporary password you can use to login to your own individual coach account and set a permanent password.  In future you need to be logged in under this email to access the coach features.
